Where to begin? It has been a great life. Husband Hank and I retired in 1997 and moved to Pismo Beach, CA in 2000. The weather is beautiful, the sailing is ideal.....although the plan had been to move to Maine in 2000, our decision to stay in California turned out to be a good one.

We still have the same kids - our daughter, Bonnie, lives in Michigan with Lief (12) and Mike is in Colorado with his wife and family (Nicholas 18, Brittany 16 and Kirsten 11). Distance does make it difficult to get together, but we, and they, make it work.

Travel and good books, sailing and volunteering all keep us busy. I am looking forward to the reunion in September - 50 years is a number to celebrate!
